Ashton is one of Downtown's oldest luxury high rises. History Ashton has not been popular with my clients due to it's dated feel. However Ashton's does have great big floor plans. Even some north corner views have great wide exposure. South facing units have fantastic water views. Otherwise Ashton's amenities are totally lackluster. Most of my clients looking for Downtown luxury lease elsewhere
