Hanover Republic Square, like it's twin, Hanover Brazos nearby, has a high luxury corporate hotel aesthetic. While very nice, does lack a local sense of Austin energy. Both buildings could be anywhere in the country and you would have no idea where you were. That being said, the amenities like rooftop pool. co-working space and lounge are fantastic for those working from home. Views are best from the South and West, but those facing north and East are decent. Interior finishes are very high quality compared to many buildings with fancy exteriors, but poor finishings. Republic Square is more of a commercial area, lacking immediate access to things like grocery stores and residential neighborhood energy.
