Seven is a lower-tier modern highrise building right in the heart of West 6th, a very busy bar scene. Seven is positioned to be an affordable luxury building in contrast with all of the other high rises in downtown. Units facing south will have a lot of bar/club noise from below, whereas units facing west of north will be much calmer. Seven works well for people wanting something nice and relatively affordable. However it's more common for my high-rise seeking clients to go with something newer and nicer.
