Banks of Springdale, along with Reserve on Springdale are both modern mid-rise buildings near the Walnut Creek Greenbelt. Banks is the nicer version compared to Reserve. Nothing really stands out about either of these buildings, and they are not very popular with my clients do to their awkward location right along Springdale. There's nothing really to walk to in the immediate area, and other buildings have better proximity to local stuff.
