Bridge at Eastside (formerly AMLI Eastside) is one of the strongest options in East Austin. Even though it is dated (2007), it holds it's own well with strong value for the location. Bridge has a nice pool area, strong gym, and large floorplans. They have some great walk up units on the ground floor. However I would probably avoid the below-ground units which have little to no sun light.
