Beverly is one of Downtown's cheapest apartment buildings and best values in terms of price per square foot. However Beverly is not a super popular building with my clients given that it's location is surrounded by loud music venues, a block from the homeless shelter, and flanked by highway I35. This location could be good for access to UT or the local hospital.
