Berkshire Riverview is a very well priced older-modern midrise on the corner of East Riverside and Downtown. RIverview's amenities are nice enough. Decent pool. Decent gym. They have some very well priced studios and large 1 bedrooms. However many of the units feel very dark. Units facing South will have some road noise. Berkshire's location is both a strength and weakness. It's right on Lady Bird Lake and close to Downtown which is great, but there's nothing in the immediate area. The closest neighborhood stuff is over near the AMLI Southshore, about a ten minute walk away. reviews here are worth checking out before leasing
