I want to like the Bouldin more than I do. It's a super nice building with great amenities and nice floor plans. However many of the units have very compromised views. The South Lamar facing units have a lot of traffic noise. East facing units have great downtown and south austin views. South facing units face a gas station. North facing units face the Lifetime Fitness building. (If you want Lifetime fitness access, this location is great). Bouldin has an on-site pickeball court which is cool. Bouldin's main problem is their pricing. they're priced like a Downtown highrise which makes no sense. I definitely wouldn't pay downtown prices to live here.
