The Catherine is a very nice luxury highrise in South Austin along the river. Catherine has a great hotel feel to it with a professional concierge, rooftop deck with amazing views, and high quality units with great finishes. However compared to other high-rises, Catherine will feel very dated. My main issue with the Catherine is it's location. There's virtually nothing interesting nearby. There's a hotel, office complex, and busy streets nearby, but virtually nothing catering to the residential experience. There's a building on Catherine's north side which will likely block many of Catherine's best views. Overall, while Catherine is worth knowing about, it usually loses out to other luxury high-rises inside Downtown
