Crescent is a very well priced mid-rise in South Austin. The building itself is fine, but a bit dated compared to other mid-rises. Personally I'm not a big fan of this location. The road outside is very busy, and Crescent is tucked inside a boring strip mall. It's worth knowing about, but Crescent has not been popular with my clients
