Paseo is one of the most interesting apartment buildings in Austin. They went extremely hard on amenities and aesthetics. They have an amazing rooftop pool, rooftop lounge, gym, spa, sauna, cold plunge, pilates studio, and yoga studio. It does have a reputation as being the "influencer" building...for good reason, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it is an absolutely stunning building. West and South units will have the best views, but North and East options are good as well. Paseo's main weakness is their floor plans which tend to be small, have very high price per square foot, and small closets. At this price point my clients who want something lively and exciting go with Paseo, while those who want something more low key and relaxed will prefer the Travis or 700 River. Those who want something even more epic will go for the Bosque.
