Quincy is a solid luxury building along Rainey Street. It's nicer than Skyhouse, but more dated (and cheaper) than.700 River, Bosque, Travis and Paseo. Now Quincy is positioned as a budget luxury option. It's very nice, has great amenities, but is outclassed overall by the above buildings. Some of the east facing units directly face another building right next door. Some west facing units face the Waterline next door, and some west units do have great hill country views.
