Skyhouse is one of my most popular apartments in Downtown Austin. It's the best budget highrise in Downtown. Units with west facing views are some of the best views in the entire city for a fraction of the cost. Skyhouse has a great rooftop pool, gym, and grilling area. It's a very social building where it's easy to meet people, and has a Royal Blue bodega on the ground floor. Trail access makes this one of the best locations in Downtown. Overall for anybody looking to be in Downtown, but don't want to spend the money to be in a more expensive highrise will find great value here.
