Older highrise on the southern tip of Rainey. Windsor is the least popular building for my clients in Downtown. While it has a great location right on the trail/river, pretty much every other building in downtown wins. Windsor's amenities are on the ground floor which aren't interesting at all. This building could work if there is a crazy good price/sqft, but otherwise, other apartments are better options.
